Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zad ("Service"). By registering an account and checking the acceptance box, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace on Zad, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms.
If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Zad is a multi-tenant inventory management platform that allows households, businesses, and other organisations to track stock, manage shopping lists, record expenses, and coordinate transfers.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. A free trial period is offered at registration.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each workspace is identified by a unique workspace code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Subscription and Payment
After the free trial, continued use of paid plan features requires a valid subscription. Subscription fees are stated at the time of purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable Saudi law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create in the Service ("User Content").
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Zad and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We process your personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Zad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your workspace and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the 'Last updated' date above.
Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
